Do I need labs before I order?
No. You can order first. Your nurse builds your program once your labs are uploaded and reviewed.
Who reviews my labs?
A registered nurse on the BH Prime team reviews every panel you upload and records the results in your file.
Can I run more than one program?
Yes. Your nurse can run programs back to back or at the same time, and your calendar combines every active program.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, and USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Base and Robinhood Chain. ETH and SOL are accepted and converted to USDC automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the US with UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day Air, and internationally with UPS Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Saver. Every order has UPS tracking with email and text updates. For international orders, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient. Check your local import rules before ordering.

Medical history and lab files are encrypted and visible only to you and your assigned care team.
