All products sold by BH Prime Labs are intended for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Guidance from BH Prime nursing staff is educational and does not replace care from your physician. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

You must be 21 or older to create an account or buy products. You agree to provide accurate information and we may verify your age and identity before shipping.

Keep your password secure and tell us right away about any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Prices are in US dollars. We accept major cards and USDC on supported networks; crypto payments are converted to USDC on receipt. An order is confirmed when payment clears. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing error or lack of stock and will refund any payment.

One discount code per order. Codes have the limits shown at checkout and can be changed or withdrawn. Referral credit has no cash value, can’t be transferred and expires as stated in the program terms. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are void.

We ship with UPS in the United States and internationally. Delivery times are estimates. For international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for duties, taxes and compliance with local law. See the shipping page for details.

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or reconstituted products can’t be returned. Services are refundable until the consultation or review has started.

Registered nurses provide education, lab review and program guidance. They do not replace your physician. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

To the extent allowed by law, BH Prime Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
