Account details (name, email, phone, date of birth, address), order and payment records, and the health information you share with us: medical history, lab results, check-ins and messages with your nurse.

To process orders, ship them, provide nurse services, send order and shipping updates, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal information.

Medical history, lab files and nurse notes are protected health information. They are encrypted in transit and at rest and visible only to you and your assigned care team.

Payment processors to take payment, UPS to deliver your order (name, address, phone, email), partner labs when you order a panel, and service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.

We send transactional emails and texts about orders, shipping and your program. Marketing messages are optional. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

You can access, correct or export your information, and ask us to delete your account. Some records are kept for the period required by law.
