Processing
Paid orders are packed and labelled within one business day. Crypto orders ship after the transfer confirms on-chain.
Packaging
Vials ship in insulated mailers with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside of the package describes the contents.
Signature
US deliveries require an adult signature (21+). Reschedule or redirect a delivery from the UPS tracking page.
Tracking & notifications
You get an email and a text when your label is created, when UPS picks up, when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered. Tracking also appears in your Orders page.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders ship with a UPS paperless commercial invoice. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient on delivery. You are responsible for checking that research peptides can be imported where you live.
Lost or damaged
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We open a claim with UPS and replace or refund the order once it is resolved.
